Our Services

The Global Technology Office at the International Business School is dedicated to helping the students, faculty, staff and guests of the school use technology to meet their professional needs. We are here to assist with connectivity concerns, online teaching and learning platforms, printers, software, phones, content and data storage and security, academic and educational technology, research services and more.  In addition to Help Desk Services, we also offer Media Technology Services for select Classroom & Learning Space Technology, Digital Media & Conferencing and other AV Services for the Sachar and Lemberg buildings.

Hardware and Software

All computer or personal computing devices (Tablets, Monitors, Portable Hard Drives, etc) are required to be purchased through the Global Technology Office per University Procurement and Technology Policies.  Faculty who need access to new hardware or peripherals outside of the school's refresh period should place a request with our office by emailing us at to open a support ticket.  We will review options for configurations and funding with you to help pave the way forward!

Zoom Web Conferencing

Echo360 Lecture Capture

Echo 360 is a lecture capture system that allows for in-person, hybrid/hyflex and online learning options for faculty and students.  It can provide automated video and desktop recording with many other useful features. Echo 360 requires minimal technology proficiency, but does require advanced planning and use strategies.
