Shawn Bhimani

Adjunct Professor in the Brandeis International Business School

Specializations:
Supply Chain Vulnerability, Corporate Social Responsibility, Human Trafficking, Modern Slavery in Supply Chains

Professor Bhimani is completing his PhD in Business Operations Management. His doctoral research is at the intersection of business risk and corporate social responsibility (CSR), specifically the business of human trafficking. He uses a mixture of quantitative and qualitative research tools to provide a deeper understanding of supply chain vulnerability. He has helped teach business courses at multiple top-tier universities and presents his research at global business conferences.

Prior to joining academia, he completed his MBA and held multiple positions in the supply chain division of a leading Fortune-500 company. He has been involved with business start-ups and volunteers for global non-profit organizations.
