Former Batterymarch Financial CEO Tania Zouikin to speak at Brandeis International Business School (IBS) Commencement

Zouikin to be honored with Dean's Medal at Diploma Ceremony

The former CEO and Chairman of Batterymarch Financial Management and co-founder of Batterymarch: Canada, will be awarded the Dean’s Medal and address the graduates of Brandeis IBS at its diploma ceremony on Sunday, May 17.

Zouikin began her career as a global pension fund manager for Alcan Aluminum Ltd. in Montreal before joining Batterymarch, a pioneer in global market investing with an emphasis on emerging markets. She was affiliated with Batterymarch for 25 years. She currently serves as Chairman of 20-20 Investment Association, a nonprofit focused on investments in developing markets. She shares her expertise in international finance, management and entrepreneurship at academic institutions including Brandeis IBS, MIT’s Sloan School of Management and Berklee College of Music.

“Tania Zoukin’s experiences with management and emerging markets will resound strongly with this year’s graduates,” said Brandeis IBS Dean Bruce Magid, P ’15. “We are honored to have her join us and share a final lesson with our newest group of World Ready professionals.”
