Brandeis IBS Professors's Paper, "CEO Incentives and Firm Productivity" Wins Award

Three professors from the Brandeis International Business School (IBS) received the "Best Paper Award in Corporate Finance" given by the Midwest Finance Association recently. The paper, entitled "CEO Incentives and Firm Productivity" was authored by IBS professors Laarni Bulan, Paroma Sanyal and PhD Candidate Zhipeng Yan. 

The paper investigates the relationship between firm productivity and CEO performance incentives. It highlights the importance of careful structuring of CEO compensation contracts.

The paper was presented at the Midwest Finance Association's 56th Annual Meeting held in Minneapolis this March where over 150 papers were shared.
