Hi, My name is Ishan Adhikari. I come from Kathmandu, Nepal. So currently I am pursuing my master's in business administration (MBA) from Brandeis International  Business School Well, for me, I wanted to build the skill sets in finance while also being able to have a holistic understanding of how business world works. So that's why I chose to pursue an MBA degree. For me, diversity plays a very important role. So I was looking for a diverse community. So Brandeis is truly diverse. I mean, you can find people from almost all the continents, and when you are in a classroom settings, you can find people from like everywhere, so that it gives a very sometimes intense discussion on, like, what's the issue is about and also adds value to lots of case studies that we do here.So that's why I chose Brandeis.Well, the program is pretty flexible in terms of, you know, like there are various options that your students can choose from. So I'm doing my you know, like concentrating on finance. But I'm also doing dual concentrations of strategy and innovation because that is something that I really liked. A student can also, you know, keep on exploring other subjects which might not be core courses for their major. So it gives a lot of opportunity for students to explore subjects from various, uh, you know, field so as to keep on, you know, exploring the interest. Well, I think it's great. I mean, since we are people from all over the world, it's always fun to hang out with people to understand the cultures. And, you know, Brandeis, it's a pretty, uh, you know, I really like the settings so you can see right now it is snowing. And for me who have, like, never seen snow in my life, at least coming out of sky. So it's pretty, you know, like thrilling experience. I should say I'm loving it. Work hard, Explore harder, you might feel that you will for sure come up with experiences that will be very beneficial for the future. So good luck!
