The national Net Impact mission is to "use the powers of business to make a positive net social, environmental and economic impact."

Net Impact at Brandeis was founded in 2005 in conjunction with the Heller School for Social Policy and Management. The group is committed to meeting the national mission as well as the individual and collective goals of the Brandeis community. Net Impact at Brandeis partners with other clubs on campus and other chapters in the Boston area.

Events and Highlights

Net Impact organizes events related to social enterprises, impact investing and clean-tech, aiming to take advantage of the financial and business backgrounds of students at Brandeis IBS.

In the past academic year, the club participated in the Hult Prize Competition, a session with Infor, and on-campus events with students at the Heller School. The club hopes to host a clean-tech panel with guest speakers, as well as an entrepreneurship happy hour in the coming year.
