Military Discount Policy
Graduate Professional Studies is proud to offer military veterans, active-duty personnel and their spouses a 15% tuition discount on all of our master’s degrees. The discount may be used in conjunction with other benefits earned through the Department of Veteran Affairs, such as the Post 9/11 GI Bill® and the Yellow Ribbon Program.
In order to receive the 15% tuition discount, we ask that you send the following documentation to your student advisor prior to registering for a course:
- Students who are able to obtain a certificate of eligibility should email the certificate to their student advisor.
If you are unable to obtain a certificate of eligibility, please send the following documentation to your student advisor:
- Active-Duty Personnel: Proof of service letter or verification letter from a commanding officer or a confirmation email to gps@brandeis.edu from the Department of Defense email address
- Veterans: DD Form 214 (Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty)
- Spouses: Spouse’s DD Form 214 OR spouse’s proof of service letter or verification letter OR verification letter from the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS)
