Profile

Brenda manages the Rise Together Mentor Network, a program for current students to connect directly with Brandeis alumni for career development, mentorship and networking. She facilitates connections between alumni and students while bolstering career development opportunities.

Prior to joining Brandeis, Brenda held positions in digital fundraising and marketing at the Medical University of South Carolina, the College of Charleston, and her alma mater Plymouth State University. In these roles, Brenda led data-driven outreach initiatives that focused on creating meaningful connections for philanthropists and engaged alumni to best align their passions with their gifts of time, talent and treasure.

Outside of Hiatt, Brenda lives for her hobbies and spending time with her family. She is an avid rugby player, wood-fire BBQ master, amateur yarn artist and budding homebrewer. After a four-year stint in Charleston, South Carolina, she is excited and grateful to be back in New England with her wife and their fur babies Scout, Timmy and Nathan.
