Timeline

9 – 10 a.m.: Employer Check-in / Table Set-up
10 a.m. – 1 p.m.: Employer Tabling
1– 2 p.m.: Lunch

Fair and Table Set-up

Table set up for employers will be from 9 – 10 a.m. Please plan to arrive and set up within this time frame to ensure your table is ready for students who will enter the fair at 10 a.m. Each employer will be provided with (1) table, (2) chairs, and table sign with organization name. Employers are encouraged to bring their own nametag, handouts and tablecloths. 

Campus Arrival and Parking

Guests arriving to campus should enter at the main entrance and turn left and proceed to the stop sign. From the stop sign please park in one of the designated lots, Hassenfeld Lot, Rose Circle, or Spingold Circle. Overflow guests will be directed to our Charles River Lot where shuttle service will be provided. Once you’ve parked your vehicle, walk to Hassenfeld Conference Center, Sherman Function Hall.
