Recruitment, Compensation, OD and Workday HCM

The recruitment, talent and compensation staff are responsible for hiring and onboarding talent and promoting competitive, equitable compensation and legal compliance.

They establish hiring ranges, conduct market analyses and create career paths and title-leveling criteria. The unit also supports restructuring, reporting and job changes.

  • Business units currently handling include (but are not limited to) Cohen Center; Graduate School of Arts and Sciences; Heller School for Social Policy and Management; Institutional Advancement; School of Arts and Sciences; Student Affairs; Rabb School of Continuing Studies (including BOLLI and Summer School).
