Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)

What We Do

The HRIS function and is a strategic and collaborative partner with internal Human Resources (HR), and Information Technology Services (ITS) management in the selection and implementation of new HR technology and system enhancements. Provides ongoing design, support, and configuration for Workday HCM. HRIS develops and modifies HR reports, provides reporting analytics and metrics to support Senior Managements strategic decision-making initiatives. HRIS also oversees the development and maintenance of the Human Resources Website.

  • Responsible for directing the HRIS team and function and is a strategic and collaborative partner with the internal Human Resources (HR), and Information Technology Services (ITS) management in the selection and implementation of new HR technology and system enhancements.
  • Directs and manages development and modification of HR reports, QA assessments, Workday HCM configuration and support. Main contact for Workday HCM security roles and permissions.
  • Oversees the development and maintenance of the Human Resources Website.
