No agencies were temporarily accredited. As of 3/30/10: -CDHS has received applications from 12 agencies -Of those 12 agencies, 8 agencies have been fully accredited; of those 8 agencies, one agency applied, was denied, the agency then reapplied and accreditation was granted -3 applications are still pending -1 agency closed prior to any action being taken on their application Please let me know if you need any additional information. Final decisions have been made for 236 applicants:??• 223 received Hague Accreditation or Temporary Accreditation or Approval • 13 adoption service providers were denied Hague Accreditation/Approval - (5 were initially denied but became accredited after submitting a Petition for Reconsideration) ?? ?? 28 adoption service providers submitted applications, but did not sign an accreditation agreement (have not officially completed the application process) • 12 adoption service providers have applications pending • 70 adoption service providers have either (withdrawn their application, closed (either before or after becoming accredited), or had Temporary Accreditation that expired.
