Brandeis Account Self-Service Duo Reset
To make changes to Duo, you can access the Self-Service Duo Management Console. To do so, go to login.brandeis.edu, login to one of the services there, and wait until a Duo prompt appears, then follow these instructions. To authenticate, you can use Text Message or Phone call verification if you still have access to the number saved on your account or Touch ID verification if you have that set up. If you have no alternative verification method to access the Duo Management console, you will need to contact the Help Desk and go through identity verification procedures.

Brandeis Account Self-Service Bitlocker Reset
The Help Desk is happy to help with this but the easiest way to remove the Bitlocker lock on your computer may be to do so yourself. Please go to https://bitlocker.brandeis.edu/SelfService/ and follow the instructions there. If you don't have access to another computer, the same process can be done on your phone. Make sure to do this in front of the locked computer, as it will require the first 8 digits of the code displayed by BitLocker.
If you are off-campus, you will need to connect to Ivanti VPN to generate a BitLocker code.
