"My coworkers in the Library know me for this dip as it is something I bring to most staff celebrations. This recipe can be made in a crock pot, in the oven, or on the stove top. It is best served with tortilla chips, pita bread, or veggies."

"This stew is fast, easy, nutritious, and scrumptious, as well as being a great thing to cook and eat when it's freezing cold outside. I recommend finding a crusty baguette, buttering pieces of it with Kerrygold, and dipping them into the soup."

"This recipe reminds me of meals my parents made, meals I made for friends in college, and spices I love. It's a one pot dish that makes a great centerpiece, and it reheats well for lazy meals later in the week."

“Years ago I decided to make my own version of this spicy chicken alfredo comfort food recipe that I'd had at a dinner out with friends.  It became a tradition to make with my best friend for years when we were roommates and now we both make our own versions for our families. I suggest using some Pepper Jack cheese in place of the Colby cheese listed in this recipe for some extra flavor and spice, which can be further kicked up by adding more jalapenoños or other, spicier peppers if preferred.

This can be modified for vegetarians (or getting your family to eat their veggies) by replacing the chicken with your choice of vegetables including carrots, sweet peppers, or broccoli/cauliflower.”

"There is nothing remotely healthy about this recipe, and it's a bit of a pain to make, but it is SO WORTH IT. It's creamy and cheesy and delicious, and I have even eaten it cold and it was still amazing. Tip: do NOT skip the bread on top!!! Trust me."

Breads and Desserts

"This custard is super rich, but it's also super delicious, especially with digestive biscuits (we break them up for dipping). The best thing is that it's unbelievably easy to make -- just three ingredients in one saucepan. Win win!"

"Sitting day after day at a computer and not creating anything physical, I miss seeing, touching, and smelling something I made. Having your hands in the dough, watching it rise, punching it down, and experiencing the resilience of the dough. It comes back! Finally, baking and smelling with such anticipation. It never gets sliced. A chunk of quality butter and I rip the loaf apart, enjoying something so simple I made with my hands."

"I love this recipe because the results are always delish, the ingredients are easy to substitute during quarantimes when you can't easily go to the store, and it doesn't require any special baking tools. I made the recipe this weekend and I didn't have any lemons, so I used a dried orange slice from Trade Joes- the results were magnificent!"
