Edible Book Festival

An international festival in commemoration of the birthday of gastronome and author Jean-Anthelme Brillat-Savarin, it takes place annually on or around April 1. Members of the Brandeis community are invited to submit edible creations inspired by books. Pictures will be featured on the Brandeis Library Instagram, and judged by a panel of book enthusiasts.

To enter the event, submit up to 5 photos from different angles using this online submission form, any time until midnight ET on Thursday, March 31st. One of these photos must feature you, the artist, posing with your creation.
Entries might:
- have the shape of a book (or scroll, tablet, book-on-tape, etc)
- pun on the title
- recreate cover art
- visually represent a written scene or illustration in a book
