Elaine Campbell, PhD’81, of Sudbury, Massachusetts, on May 11. She taught English and Caribbean literature at several Boston-area universities. Survived by three daughters and four grandchildren.

Charles A. Ziegler, PhD’83, Faculty, of Framingham, Massachusetts, on May 29. A scientist, author and owner of six patents, he received a Guggenheim Fellowship from the Smithsonian, among other honors, and lectured in anthropology as a senior research associate at Brandeis. Survived by many cousins and friends.

Estelle (Sanford) Weir ’89, of Sudbury, Massachusetts, on Feb. 20. A mother of eight, antiques dealer, artist, quilter, avid reader and crossword-puzzle enthusiast, she earned an anthropology degree at age 60. Survived by eight children, 15 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
