Site Models and Plans

The new residence hall will provide full accessibility and modern energy efficiency, becoming the greenest and most sustainable building on campus. It will allow for more beds than the previous housing did, thus helping us achieve our goal of housing more Brandeis students on campus.

A rendering of the new residence hall as seen from Brown Terrace. Among the architectural features of the new building is a transparent glass walkway connecting two portions of the complex. Common space on the ground floor will be available to all students.

The new residence hall will accommodate 164 students, approximately 60 more than previously lived on the site.
