Human Resources Management in Jewish Nonprofits

Human resources management (HRM) aligns people with an organization's mission. This course considers general principles of HRM and their application to Jewish and other non-profit organizations. It also focuses on concepts and strategies that increase organizational effectiveness and promote employee-centric practices.
