Brandeis is now accepting shipped items for August arrivals. Packages for January arrivals will be accepted after December 1.

Label each piece clearly with your name, residence hall and room number. Make sure to ship your items one to two weeks before you plan to arrive, as late August is a busy time for many carriers.
There are many companies that can ship your items to Brandeis. Be sure to check with your carrier before packing your items, as restrictions on size and weight often apply. We recommend that you tag your items with two address tags: one on the outside and one on the inside. We also recommend purchasing insurance on the items.
Claiming Packages in August
- Packages will be placed in students' rooms if they are received on campus by August 4.
- Packages received after August 4 and before August 15 will be placed in PODS (storage containers) in North and Massell Quads for all students on campus. These packages can be picked up between 3-5pm each day from August 19-26.
- Packages received after August 15 will be picked up in the Mailroom, located in Usdan Student Center.
Claiming Packages in January
Information will be available closer to January 2021 move-in.
