New Princeton Review rankings rate Brandeis for impact, service
University named to 2026 Best Colleges list

One of the overarching tenets of a Brandeis University education is that students should use their gifts to better the world around them.
So it should come as no surprise that Brandeis ranked in the top 20 schools for community service and making an impact in The Princeton Review’s 2026 Best Colleges rankings released this week.
The rankings are based on data from 170,000 students, covering dozens of topics, at the 391 schools on the list.
Brandeis’ high marks were based on survey responses to questions covering community service opportunities, student government, sustainability efforts and on-campus student engagement.
