Involvement Fairs and Club Leadership Programs
Student Activities hosts Involvement Fairs and Club Leaders' Conferences to help club leaders with recruitment, club management, and event planning. The Involvement Fairs offer great opportunities to recruit new members and spread the word about the active clubs and organizations on campus. The Club Leaders' Conference bring club leaders together and provide them with the tools and information necessary to manage club operations and to plan successful programs and events at Brandeis.

The Fall Involvement Fair is an annual event where representatives from over 200 student clubs and organizations come together to advertise the involvement and engagement opportunities available for students.
The Fall Involvement Fair is an annual event, sponsored by the Department of Student Activities, where representatives from over 200 student clubs and organizations can come together to recruit new members and advertise upcoming involvement opportunities on campus.
To register for the fair, your club or organization must currently be recognized, chartered, or secured and listed on the Student Clubs and Organizations web site: www.brandeis.edu/clubs. Registration is available on a first come, first served basis, and will close on Friday, August 23 at 5 p.m. or when table space has reached capacity. Please ensure that only one representative from each organization registers for the club. Each organization will be sharing a 6-foot table with another club.

We will follow-up with you if we have any questions and will send confirmations during the business week of August 26–30, after registration has closed and all submissions have been reviewed and verified. We will post a complete list of confirmed clubs on our website on Friday, August 30 at: www.brandeis.edu/activities.
Set up for the Involvement Fair begins at NOON on Sunday, September 1. All clubs and organizations MUST check-in by 12:30 p.m. at the Department of Student Activities' table.

Lead your clubs into a successful year! The program will include such potential learning opportunities as Marketing 101, Leading with Integrity, and Stepping Up Your Programming Game. A continental breakfast and lunch will be provided.
Every club should have at least one representative who attends this conference. If clubs have multiple members who want to attend, we welcome them.

The Winter Involvement Fair provides clubs and organizations with a chance to collectively recruit for members, as well as showcase leadership opportunities. It's a great way for mid-year and transfer students to learn about the club life at Brandeis. It has also become a fun social occasion for returning students to come together after winter break. Plus, it helps the Brandeis community to be more aware of the many resources within the Shapiro Campus Center because we use rooms throughout the building to host table space for each registered club and most clubs with office space within the building hold open office hours.
