sign that says "you are here."
We spend most of our waking lives at work. Our respective roles, office culture, students that we work with and our colleagues can have a major impact on the quality of our lives. This conference will focus on the importance of our wellness and well-being in the workplace and provide the tools to fully maximize fulfillment, reduce imposter syndrome and embrace flaws in an effort to rejuvenate work life. Sessions will be led by two outside speakers with breakfast and lunch provided. This is a great opportunity for your office to come together as a group and learn how to embrace new techniques for a "healthier" work environment.

Upcoming Sessions

staff standing in front of grill for friday food session

Join us for monthly small (snack-size), food-themed gatherings on Fridays during lunchtime (12-1 pm). Grab a plate, socialize and give the chef some kudos…or…advice. No commitment. Just show up and be ready to eat! (Note: all food will be prepared on-site by staff, limiting the options to accommodate special diets.) All events will be held in the MPR in the Shapiro Campus Center.
