2022-2023 In Review

  • 930 students (26% of undergraduates) served in at least one club officer position and 3,371 students (94% of undergraduates) were members of at least one student organization.
  • 1,094 event and engagement opportunities on-campus were provided, a 252% increase from last year, with 3,046 students (85% of undergraduates) attending at least one event.
  • 42,336.22 service hours were completed by student volunteers (a 143% increase from last year), and over 600 volunteers worked with Waltham Group programs, to support 38 community partners.
  • 1,136 individuals (500 families) attended Family Weekend, a 39% increase in attendance from last year. Attendees represented 42 different US states and territories as well as 11 countries. 62% of families were families of first-year students.
  • Over 1,300 students attended the Spring Fest concert, featuring Doechii, Nardo Wick, and Chucky73.
  • The Allocations Board allocated $2.2M in Student Activity Fees, as well as an additional $1.8M in Rollover Funding, to 200 student organizations.
  • 1,836 meetings and events took place in the Shapiro Campus Center.
