Event Support Meetings

Are you getting ready to plan an event or program on campus? Sign up to attend an Event Support Meeting.

Tuesdays at 3 p.m. in Room 315 of the Shapiro Campus Center or Upper Sherman, Hassenfeld Conference Center.

Staff from the Department of Student Activities, Public Safety, Conference and Events Services and a representative from the Student Union are all there to ensure that you are on the right track to programming success!

Student Activities Equipment

The Department of Student Activities Office has a variety of equipment that Union Recognized/Chartered Clubs may reserve for club programs and events held on campus. Equipment is not permitted to be taken off-campus.

Equipment reservations are on a first come, first serve basis, and are free of cost, unless otherwise noted. Clubs may be responsible for acquiring the food that corresponds with some of these items (e.g., popcorn and cotton candy); please check with Student Activities about your particular reservation. Whether Student Activities is able to provide food depends on the size of your event and the number of participants. To reserve equipment, please use this online form.

Clubs may pick up reserved items at the Shapiro Campus Center Info Booth on the day requested. Any loss or damage to items is the responsibility of the person(s) borrowing items.
