As a part of our continued support of the Student Union and Union-recognized clubs and organizations, the Department of Student Activities offers various programming resources to assist student groups with their many programmatic efforts. The Club Leaders' Handbook is a great tool that includes department information, forms, policies, programming tips and creative ideas to get your group and your events marketed to campus.

Complete Your Club Google Site Update and Anti-Hazing Acknowledgment Form NOW!

Every semester the Department of Student Activities asks all clubs and organizations to complete a form stating that they are aware of the Massachusetts Act Prohibiting the Practice of Hazing. Clubs must complete the anti-hazing acknowledgment form to maintain their status as an active club on campus. We also ask that clubs provide us with their most up-to-date club and club leader information at the start of each school year so we can accurately reflect your club on your club's Google site. Complete this form yearly to remain a recognized, chartered or secured club on campus, as well as whenever you have changes that need to be made to your club's Google site. If you are a newly recognized club, completing this form will allow us to create your Google site so others can find you and contact you to get involved!

All recognized, chartered and secured groups MUST complete the Club Google Site Update and Anti-Hazing Acknowledgment Form! This online form should be completed by the President or leader of our group and must be completed annually. Please click here to complete the Club Google Site Update and Anti-Hazing Acknowledgment Form. All forms must be submitted by October 15 or your organization may risk dechartering.

Event Support Meetings

Are you getting ready to plan a program on campus? Come to one of the weekly Event Support Meetings on Mondays and Tuesdays at 3 p.m. in Room 315 of the Shapiro Campus Center.

Staff from the Department of Student Activities, Public Safety, Conference and Events Services and a representative from the Student Union are all there to ensure that you are on the right track to programming success!
