Salem's So Sweet Chocolate and Ice Sculpture Festival
2 p.m.–7 p.m., Bus leaves from T-Lot
(Leave Brandeis at 2 p.m.; leave Salem at 6 p.m.)
Celebrate chocolate during the Salem’s So Sweet Festival. A decadent tradition of delectable chocolate, sparkling ice sculptures, and Valentine’s Day shopping…don’t miss Salem’s sweetest event of the year! Get your $5 ticket in advance at Brandeis Tickets in the Shapiro Campus Center! Ticket includes round-trip transportation and three hours to shop, dine, and explore. Festival activities include chocolate samplings and chocolate-inspired menu items at restaurants throughout Salem and viewing ice sculpture installations all around downtown. Ice sculptures will be illuminated, beginning at 5 pm,
transforming downtown Salem into an after-hours winter wonderland!

Off-Campus Trip: Boston Roller Derby Lobstah Roll Tournament
4 p.m.–9:30 p.m., Off-Campus: leaves from T-Lot
Boston Roller Derby presents the first ever Lobstah Roll, a WFTDA recognized tournament. This tournament will feature Women’s Flat Track Roller Derby Association Leagues from the USA and Ireland. Food and drinks available at the venue (cash only). Get your ticket in advance at Brandeis Tickets in the Shapiro Campus Center! Tickets: $10, includes transportation and two games!

Ski Shuttle to Wachusett Mountain
4 p.m.–9 p.m., Off-Campus; leaves from T-Lot

Trip to Walden Pond

Let a visit to Walden Pond bring you back in time to the mid-1800's. Experience the connection with nature that inspired Henry David Thoreau's Walden. Enjoy a day of picnicking (carry in/carry out), walking around the famous pond, and perusing the Visitor Center’s bookstore and gift shop. Also be sure to visit the replica of Thoreau's single-room cabin. Get your $5 ticket at Brandeis Tickets in the Shapiro Campus Center Atrium! The ticket includes round-trip transportation, a group tour (at 1:15 p.m.), and free time to explore.

HoneyPotApple Picking at Honey Pot Hill
1 p.m.–5 p.m., Buses leave from T-Lot
(Leave campus at 1 p.m.; leave Honey Pot at 4 p.m. and 4:15 p.m.)
Apple picking is a New England tradition. Take a ride out to Honey Pot Hill Orchards and pick your own apples! Enjoy cider donuts, caramel apples, freshly baked pies, hot or cold cider, and more! Hayrides are also available. Get your $5 ticket at Brandeis Tickets in the Shapiro Campus Center Atrium! The ticket includes round-trip transportation and plenty of time to explore the orchards and farm store; the price of apples is not included.
