Academic Standing and Readmission

Current students in good academic and financial standing are eligible to enroll in Summer School courses. Students who are required to withdraw from the University or are placed on probation as a result of Spring 2020 final grades and resultant Committee on Academic Standing (COAS) decisions will be notified of their status and will not suffer summer financial penalties should they be required to withdraw from Summer School courses.

Students who are not active should seek readmission. Contact your Academic Advisor Academic Advisor about presenting a petition to the COAS with adequate lead time to insure you can enroll in your desired session.

Summer 2021

We're busy planning Summer 2021! Take a look at our 2020 summer classes to get an idea of the classes we typically offer (courses change each summer). Let us know if there are classes you'd like to see offered!

Summer 2020 was online

Due to COVID-19, all Brandeis Summer School classes were online for Summer 2020. There were two models of instruction 5-week synchronous "remote learning" and 10-week asynchronous online courses. We are not certain if we will be having classes on-campus this summer, but will update students as soon as we know.
