If you cannot use your tickets, please make them available to a friend or donate them by calling Brandeis Tickets 781-736-3400 at least 24 hours before the performance. There are no refunds.

Student Rush Policy

The Department of Theater Arts is excited to offer FREE STUDENT RUSH TICKETS (with your student ID)! Student rush tickets will be available on the day of the show starting one hour before show time at the Spingold main lobby box office.

Starting one hour before show time you can write your name on the student rush list posted in the main lobby. Thirty minutes before show time, the box office staff will assess ticket availability and start handing out free student rush tickets in list order. You must be in the main lobby when your name is called to receive your ticket. If you miss your name being called, you will be moved to the bottom of the list. Rush tickets will continue to be distributed on a first come, first serve basis until show time and while supplies last.

You are encouraged to arrive early to put your name on the list. Students required to see a show as part of their class are highly encouraged to arrive when the list goes up to ensure the greatest chance possible to get a free ticket. You do not get out of your class assignment if you show up 5 min before the last performance and can’t get in!

School of Creative Arts (Theater, Music and Fine Arts) majors and minors will still receive two free advance tickets through the yearly School of Creative Arts (SCA) Pass. See comp ticket policy, or the back of the pass, for more info.

Students can purchase $5 tickets at any time (with ID and while supplies last) through Brandeis Tickets in the Shapiro Campus Center atrium. Hours: Mon-Fri, noon-6pm and Saturday, noon – 4 p.m.
