A Day in the Life: Harsh Sanghvi, MSF’24

We asked current students and recent graduates to share how they spend a typical day at Brandeis International Business School

7:30 A.M. Start my day! Drink a cup of coffee and check today’s business news. 9:30 A.M. My first class is Mergers and Acquisitions. Afterward I begin my shift as a Career Captain at the Careers Strategies and Engagement Center. 12 P.M. For lunch I grab a slice of pizza on campus. Then it’s time for the annual student ping-pong tournament. 2:30 P.M. I prep for an upcoming internship interview with Shasta Partners. (Update: I was hired as an investment banking intern!) 4:30 P.M. After attending an event hosted by the International Business School Student Association, I hang out with friends and professors in the World Court. 6 P.M. Head to the Bloomberg Business and Economics Lab and finish my assignments using the Bloomberg and Capital IQ databases. 8 P.M. I stop by the local market to pick up groceries for dinner. 10:30 P.M. Check my schedule for tomorrow and get a good night's sleep!
