A Day in the Life: Srinidhi Lakshman, MBA’24

We asked current students and recent graduates to share how they spend a typical day at Brandeis International Business School

6:30 A.M. I start my day with a cup of coffee and check the weather. 8:30 A.M. Breakfast time! I prepare avocado toast and pack my lunch — dal and roti— before heading to campus. 9 A.M. I begin my morning shift as an Admissions Ambassador. It’s always exciting talking to prospective students. 11:30 A.M. Walk to the World Court to grab a slice of pizza before meeting with my professor, who offers a few great book recommendations. 12:45 P.M. I read up on a case study before my Technological Rivalry class. 4:30 P.M. After class I head to the Gosman Gym with friends. During our workout we discuss plans for spring break. 7 P.M. At the library across campus I apply for internships and prepare for a virtual interview with a startup. (Spoiler: It goes great!) 8 P.M. Take the shuttle home and unwind for the day.
