Giuseppe Desiato, Music Composition and Theory PhD’23, has been awarded two Connected PhD experience grants and one higher education administrative internship. At the time of this interview (August 2022), Giuseppe was completing his first Connected PhD experience, where he learned a variety of coding languages required for entering a career in the sound industry. Diana Filar ’21 currently works as an Assistant Professor of English at the United States Merchant Marine Academy. Previously, she worked as the Department Administrator in the Dean of Arts and Sciences office at Brandeis.
