About this position:

This 16-hour-per-week, non-exempt position supports the work of theo rganization's Executive Director. The position assists in organizing, coordinating, and implementing various activities to help the organization achieve its mission of providing humanitarian aid to Ukraine, enabled by meaningful engagement with Jewish communities and partners in North America. About this position:

Schechter Boston, in partnership with LII, is seeking an individual to serve as a full-time Transformation Manager. The Transformation Manager will be the lead professional working towards the goal of reinforcing Jewish education as a communal priority and increasing enrollment at Schechter, specifically among families with young children. The Transformation Manager will be responsible for the impact and implementation of the local initiatives. They will work on the ground in partnership with different stakeholders in the community to raise Schechter’s profile. LII has also contracted with a Strategy Consultant, and the Transformation Manager will partner with the consultant as well as a steering committee. The committee will be at the heart of the strategy, analyses, decision making and change work to support Schechter Boston’s enrollment growth. The Transformation Manager will be the coordinator of all the various stakeholders and responsible for stewarding the work forward.

Seeking dynamic and organized professional to work in the Development Department at Ohel’s OJFC Brooklyn location. Responsibilities include administrative tasks such as preparing written correspondence, arranging and managing meetings, assisting with departmental events, supporting senior members of the department, as well as supervising department support staff.  Operational duties will include working on special projects and events as needed. About the Senior Grants Manager position:

Ohel is seeking an experienced Senior Grants Manager to oversee its significant and diverse cadre of grants.  The successful Senior Grant Manager will have a proven track record in researching opportunities, writing successful grant applications, and collecting and managing grant related data and report writing. Working collaboratively with colleagues and independently you will seek foundation, government, capital and other sources.  Utilizing your excellent research and writing ability, you will complete applications for new and renewing current grant opportunities.  The Senior Grant Manager will collaborate with Ohel’s fiscal office on monitoring contracts, ongoing reports, as well as drawing down grant funds timely. This senior level position will supervise other grant writing staff, report to the Chief Administrative Officer and work closely with agency senior staff.

About this position:

The Executive Assistant to the CEO has broad administrative responsibility to support the CEO and will work closely with the organization’s board chair and its board of directors. The ideal candidate will be an extremely professional and experienced EA who can manage a demanding workload and prioritize multiple competing priorities.​ This position will maintain high-level contacts inside and outside the organization. The EA supports the CEO and coordinates with the FRD team in fundraising activities and is responsible for inputting data into the organization’s donor system and appropriate correspondence. The Marketing Associate plays a critical role in planning, development, and implementation of FJC’s brand management, content distribution, email marketing, and media relations to meet its mission – build a strong Jewish future through transformative Jewish summers. The individual will support the management of FJC’s internal and external marketing, communications, and digital marketing channels to maximize audience engagement and increase the visibility of FJC’s programs, events, and initiatives. About the Program Operations Assistant position:

Foundation for Jewish Camp is seeking a Program Operations Assistant to support program operations, including the systems, processes, and activities that enable the successful implementation of programs in one or more of FJC’s initiatives, primarily supporting the three regional offices. This role includes maintaining administration of program and evaluation components, event support, providing administrative support to regional directors, and utilizing key technology tools to create efficiencies and share information. The successful candidate will approach all aspects of work with a keen eye for detail and a customer service orientation to ensure we deliver with excellence. This position reports to the West Coast Regional Director.

Salary range: $50K - 60K

About the Development Operations Manager position:

The Development Operations Manager plays a critical role in developing and sustaining the financial resources necessary for FJC to meet its mission – build a strong Jewish future through transformative Jewish summers. The individual will support the development goals and strategies for all fundraising campaigns, implement systems and processes, enables the usage of development data and reporting, and manages and ensures data integrity to maximize prospect/donor engagement. The Development Operations Manager works closely as a member of the Financial Resource Development (FRD) team as well as collaboratively across departments on all organizational fundraising efforts.

Salary range: $68K - 80K

About the Learning and Research Administrator position:

The Learning and Research Administrator plays an integral role in the program team supporting the implementation of FJC Learning and Research programs. The Learning and Research Administrator will lead logistics and operations and will support the analytics and administration of the department. The position will coordinate the activities of program participants, consultants and vendors and requires flexibility as FJC’s work and projects continue to evolve. This position has funding secured for one year with the potential for extension.

Repair the World Boston is looking to hire a part-time facilitator to help run the new Exchange for Change cohort service program. Exchange for Change is a three-month immersive service cohort for Boston-based young adults. As part of the program, participants will volunteer directly with our service partners and receive a voucher that can be applied to select Jewish immersive trips! The cohort is designed to provide participants with the opportunity to build community, strengthen their connection to Jewish tradition, and sustain service as a Jewish value. Select Jewish immersive experiences include trips with: Justifi, JDC Entwine, Lech Lecha, Adamah Farm Fellowship, Isabella Freedman Retreats, and Moishe House! Teachers will provide instruction for a range of subjects, which may include reading, writing, math, social studies, and Judaic studies. In addition to developing curriculum and delivering instruction, teachers will be responsible for assessing student learning, managing classroom routines and behavior, building relationships and communicating regularly with families, and collaborating with other faculty.

The Shefa Teacher Residency is a groundbreaking and highly selective program that recruits and trains individuals to become exceptional teachers by providing an intensive and supportive school-based teacher training program. Over the residency year, teacher residents train in classrooms with mentor teachers and take on increasing responsibility for teaching while gaining support through on-site professional development, workshops, and coaching. Residents receive robust training in a variety of programs including Responsive Classroom, PAF Reading Program, and Multisensory Math.
