Help Desk Support Hours

Spring 2024 Schedule

The Technology Help Desk is open for support for all technology-related issues at the following times:
  • Monday - Thursday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; walk-up and remote support via the Brandeis Service Portalhelp@brandeis.edu, or 781-736-4357 (6-HELP).
  • Friday - 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; remote support only via the Brandeis Service Portalhelp@brandeis.edu, or 781-736-4357 (6-HELP).
  • Saturday and Sunday; closed.
  • Friday, March 29,  the Help Desk will close at noon. Support hours on March 28 and March 29 will be remote and via phone as the physical help desk will be closed for walkup support due to March break. Normal support hours will resume on April 1.
