Lockouts

Many students and employees over the course of the year either lock their keys in their rooms or offices, misplace them or lose them.

Students can, with proper identification, obtain a loaner key from the Department of Community Living, from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday. If you are unable to go to the office, please call 781-736-5060 or 6-5060 from on campus to request assistance.

After business hours (5 p.m.-9 a.m. Monday-Friday, as well as weekends and holidays, students can call the University Police at 781-736-5000 or 6-5000 from on campus, and the dispatcher will notify the on-call personnel from Community Living to respond to the lockout.

Employees may contact University Police in such situations 24 hours a day at 781-736-5000.
