Brandeis offers two master’s programs in computer science: a 3-semester option for students with related academic experience and a 4-semester alternative for career changers with little to no background in the field. Computer Science is a collaborative field, and we strive to eliminate formal structures and hierarchical barriers whenever possible to maintain an inviting learning atmosphere characterized by approachable professors, smaller research laboratories, and hands-on mentoring.
Located just minutes from the Boston/Cambridge technology corridor, Brandeis students have easy access to a plethora of job and internship opportunities, research labs, and connections to key industry players. Our alums work in software engineering, bioinformatics, robotics, finance and related fields. Discover how Brandeis University's computer science program can help you advance your technology career!
