Workday Tips & Tricks

The Workday@Brandeis Project Team is excited to introduce “Workday Wednesdays” where the team will share helpful tips & tricks for using Workday on Wednesdays each week this summer. To kick off the series, learn what the difference is between a Workday Alert and Error message. Alerts will display in orange and are "soft" alerts to a potential problem, but the task can still be completed. Errors will display in red and the system will not allow you to continue until you have fixed the error. Additional tips and tricks will be posted to the Workday@Brandeis website on Wednesdays.

If you have questions about Workday, please submit a support ticket by emailing workday-help@brandeis.edu or calling 736-WORK (9675). Have a tip of your own? Share your tips or tricks with the community by writing workday@brandeis.edu.

IN OTHER NEWS
Request a Compost Bin Your Office Kitchen
Since 2015, Brandeis has increased it's compost rate from 2% to over 10% of campus waste. Composting is the greatest opportunity to divert waste from landfills and incinerators. The Office of Sustainability is pleased to offer a compost bin to offices and departments that have frequent food waste, pizza boxes, coffee grounds/tea bags, and certified compostable disposable items. To request a compost bin and for more information, please use this form. Please contact mfischer@brandeis.edu with any questions about the process.
