The Judges’ Lauren Mastandrea ’22 takes a shot on goal against Stonehill College during the women’s soccer team’s opening scrimmage of the season — the squad’s first official contest in nearly two years, due to the pandemic. In another first, Mary Shimko ’14 was on the sidelines as head coach, having replaced Denise Dallamora, who retired in May 2020 after 40 years at Brandeis.
