Al-Quds and Brandeis Universities conducted a conference on women and leadership in state and society, with an emphasis on higher education, government, and community-based organization. The conference was hosted on the Al-Quds Abu Dis campus on May 3, 2009. Over 100 participants joined Al-Quds University and Brandeis University faculty in plenary and concurrent sessions.
