Building Peace
In 2003, Al-Quds University and Brandeis University formed a unique intercultural partnership, linking an Arab institution in Jerusalem and a Jewish-sponsored institution in the United States in an exchange designed to foster cultural understanding and provide educational opportunities for students, faculty and staff.

NAFSA: The Association of International Educators published an article on women in Middle East higher education highlighting the partnership. In the Brandeis student newspaper The Justice, Jared Hirsh '10 and Garrett Nada '10 recounted their experiences visiting Al-Quds University.
May projects in effective teaching, international conference
This summer, Brandeis and Al-Quds Universities hosted "Women, Leadership, State, and Society," and launched a series of short-term faculty exchanges.
