Foundations of Project Management
This course covers key foundational project management principles and concepts that are applicable to a wide variety of projects. Concepts covered include all phases of the project, from initiation through closure, in both traditional plan-based projects as well as agile approaches. Students will learn specific techniques that can be applied immediately for planning, estimating and reporting; management of risk, quality, resources, and communications.- Course prerequisites
