In addition to the student experience grant, the Connected PhD program supports doctoral students by providing fellowships in higher education administration at Brandeis University. GSAS is collaborating with a variety of offices around the University to develop fellowship opportunities over the spring and summer semesters.

PhD students in Anthropology, English, History, Musicology, Music Composition and Theory, Near Eastern and Judaic Studies (NEJS), Politics, and Sociology may apply for any of these positions. The fellowships provide meaningful supervision and professional development, a project with a concrete deliverable, and the ability to continue work on-campus and remotely. GSAS determines the stipend for each fellowship based on the anticipated hours for the position, calculated at a $20 per hour rate. Successful candidates are determined by the departments for which the position is listed.

Please continue to check this site, which will be updated with additional fellowship opportunities as they become available. Questions should be directed to Alyssa Stalsberg Canelli (acanelli@brandeis.edu) or Emily Wheeler (emilywheeler@brandeis.edu) in the GSAS office.
