The annual Festival of the Creative Arts is back
April 10, 2026
The Leonard Bernstein Festival of the Creative Arts returns April 18–19, filling campus with 24 hours of creativity.
“Art Never Sleeps” will showcase music, theater, film, dance and visual art from across campus. The program runs from 6 p.m. Saturday through 6 p.m. Sunday, with outdoor performances, new works by Brandeis composers, student film, a documentary screening at the Rose Art Museum, among other events.
The festival was founded in 1952 by Leonard Bernstein, then a Brandeis faculty member, who believed in the power of art to affect social change.
The full schedule is available on the festival website.
