The Research Magazine of Brandeis University
Catalyst is a magazine devoted to research in the sciences, social sciences and the humanities at Brandeis University. It is designed to put readers on the frontlines of discovery with Brandeis researchers and their students as they explore the frontiers of new knowledge in the lab, the field and the classroom.
Catalyst is published by the Office of Communications and the Office of the Provost. Each issue is mailed to approximately 10,000 alumni, prospective students, faculty colleagues, opinion leaders and other constituencies who may have an interest in research at Brandeis. The magazine is also available at several locations on campus, including the Faculty Center, the Rose Art Museum, Usdan Student Center and the Volen Center.
