12:15 p.m. vigil today to show solidarity with Muslim students

On Friday, March 12, all members of the campus community are invited to come together for a short vigil in support of the Muslim Student Association. The vigil will begin at 12:15 p.m. at the Peace Garden (where the walkway intersects between Usdan, Schwartz, and the Goldfarb Library).

The event is in response to the recent incident of vandalism at the Muslim prayer space and lounge. Click here to read an article about the initial campus response, led by the university's Interfaith Chaplaincy.

Those who wish to attend the vigil are encouraged to wear white as an outward sign of dedication to peace and coexistence.
