Heller marking Peace Corps' 50th year with photo Feb. 10, events in March

Weeklong schedule of activities to follow in March

In celebration of the Peace Corps' 50th anniversary and in recognition of the long-standing relationship between Brandeis and the Peace Corps, the Heller School will take a group photo of any Brandeis faculty, students and staff who have volunteered or worked for the Corps, and will hold a weeklong series of events.

The photo will be taken at noon, Feb. 10, in the Heller School for Social Policy and Management's Zinner Forum. RSVP -- to Adam Rosenberg at amrmasid@brandeis.edu  -- is encouraged.

The Peace Corps Anniversary week will begin with a reception on March 7. The week includes an on-campus panel discussion, an information session with a Peace Corps recruiter and volunteer events for the local Waltham community. The organizers expects to add more events to the schedule over the next month.

Any questions or concerns also may be directed to Rosenberg.
