The Fall 2019 edition of Brandeis Magazine includes:
- A cover story on Brandeis biochemist Dorothee Kern: With unstoppable tenacity and funding that surpasses half a billion dollars, she believes her new pharmaceutical company can translate what she knows about the movement of protein molecules into drugs that will save lives.
- A feature on Crown Center for Middle East Studies director Gary Samore, who spent decades as a high-level U.S. nuclear-arms negotiator.
