Frank Susman, P’90, has served as counsel in nine U.S. Supreme Court cases dealing with reproductive rights. He writes, “Having argued the majority of those cases, I find that the recent appointments of justices Gorsuch and Kavanaugh to the high court have raised the very real possibility of the reversal of the 1973 decision in Roe v. Wade. My status of semiretirement is being more and more invaded by requests to speak to audiences around the country on this threat.”
