Jeremy Gruber co-authored a book, “Biotechnology in Our Lives: What Modern Genetics Can Tell You About Assisted Reproduction, Human Behavior, Personalized Medicine and Much More.” The book examines how biotechnology affects us daily — whether we realize it or not. Written for the nonscientist, it encourages us to think about the social, environmental and moral ramifications of biotechnology’s uses. Jeremy is president and executive director of the Council for Responsible Genetics.
