10th Reunion

Basketball player Danielle Fitzpatrick was part of the 15th class of inductees enshrined into Brandeis’ Joseph M. Linsey Athletics Hall of Fame during ceremonies on Oct. 12, 2013. She was the first All-American in team history and finished among the school’s top 10 in career points and rebounds. A University Athletic Association Silver Anniversary team member, she led the Judges to their first ECAC title in 2004, starting a string of six straight post-season appearances. Nina Cusner and her husband, Jordan/Yitzi, had identical twin girls, Kira and Nava. They now have five beautiful daughters. Sara Phillips earned her law degree from Michgan State University and the University of Florida. Upon passing the Florida bar, she relocated to Portland, Ore. Sara volunteers at an organic farm in southern Oregon, where she advocates an independent, anti-corporate and sustainable lifestyle by exchanging farm labor for camping and food accommodations. Brent and Sarah Graham Jones welcomed baby June Margery on Jan. 9, 2013. Jeremy Hamburgh, son of Mark ’72 and brother of Michelle ’07, married Lisa Markman on Aug. 24, 2013, at Marvimon in Los Angeles. He is in his sixth year as a Bronx County assistant district attorney and third year as the dating coach at Adaptations, a nonprofit for adults with developmental disabilities. His wife is an endocrinologist. Jessie (Goldberg) Cline, husband Joshua and daughter Bayla Chaya welcomed Yisrael Matan to the family on April 4, 2013. Jessie earned her PhD in developmental psychology from Temple University in May 2013 and is doing a postdoc at the University of Pennsylvania.
