John Farr is a management consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. He recently moved to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to work on public- and private-sector projects throughout that country. Estee Fleischman is a primary-care physician at East Boston Neighborhood Health Center, where she sees children, adults and prenatal patients. She says it is gratifying to work in a primarily underserved, immigrant setting. Estee and her husband live in Boston with their West Highland terrier, Mochi.
